In order to enjoy the amenities at Linville Ridge, a property owner
must become a club member. Linville Ridge is a private, equity club,
offering two types of memberships to property owners: golf and
social. The golf membership entitles members to use all amenities
and facilities. The social membership entitles members to use all
amenities and facilities except the golf course. Each of these
memberships has a one-time initiation fee and annual dues (both
subject to review and change annually). Monthly memberships are
available to non-property owners.
