Karen Carroll –Executive Food & Beverage Director
Karen, who has been with Linville Ridge since 1990, plans all Club events from the food and beverage perspective. By establishing a good working relationship with each client, she enables them to enjoy their party and their guests. Among her responsibilities are, developing menus, coordinating with staff, contracting florals, entertainment and rentals, and providing day-of-event supervision.
Karen’s background has strengthened her abilities. She has a B.A. in English with a concentration in Journalism and an extensive background in food and beverage, including having worked at The Breakers Hotel and Cafe L'Europe, and having co-owned Clematis Street Grille Restaurant and Catering, Inc., in West Palm Beach, Florida.
