For a LIMITED TIME, Linville Ridge Development Company will pay on behalf of the purchaser of one of its Company-owned properties the required membership fee for a golf or social membership in Linville Ridge Country Club if the purchaser applies for and is approved for membership by the Membership Committee.
If the purchaser is approved, then two contracts will be required: one for the property and a separate contract for the membership. The membership contract will provide that the purchaser will NOT be entitled to a redemption fee upon termination of the membership.
Should the purchaser not wish a Club membership or not be approved, no credit or discount for the value of the membership will be given toward the purchase price of the property.
Purchaser is responsible for payment of all dues associated with membership.
Offer valid for Linville Ridge Company Homes until June 15th, 2008 with closing no later than July 15th, 2008.
Offer valid for Linville Ridge Company Homesites until July 30th, 2008 with closing no later than August 30th, 2008.
