Membership

Membership Categories

Golf

  • Provides full access to all of the club’s facilities and amenities including the 18-hole championship golf course, practice greens, driving range, Pro Shop, tennis courts, croquet courts, fitness center and spa, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities.
  • Privileges will be extended to the member, member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the club.
  • Members must be owners of Residential Property in Linville Ridge.

National Golf

  • Members may not have a primary residence within a 200-mile radius of Linville Ridge, nor his or her family may directly or indirectly own any property within 100 miles Linville Ridge.
  • Membership privileges are the same as the Regular Golf Memberships with the exception that they must accompany their guests on the golf course.
  • Membership fees for National Members are 25% of the Regular Golf Membership fee.
  • Annual dues for National Members are 50% of the Regular Golf Membership dues.
  • Cottages will be available for National Members and their guests for a nightly rental fee.

Junior Golf

  • Available to applicants under fifty (50) years of age who own residential property in Linville Ridge.
  • Membership privileges are the same as the Regular Golf Membership.
  • Ten percent of the Membership fee is payable upon the effective date of the Membership and 90% shall be payable in equal annual installments from the date of the Membership until the Member attains age fifty (50).
  • Annual dues for Junior Golf Members shall be the same as the Regular Golf Memberships.

Legacy Golf

  • Available to children or grandchildren of any active Member in good standing who own residential property in Linville Ridge.
  • Membership privileges are the same as the Regular Golf Memberships with the exception that they must accompany their guests on the golf course.
  • The annual dues for a Legacy Golf Member are 50% of the Regular Golf Membership.
  • Additional Residential Property Restrictions and/or Requirements do apply-please contact the Membership Secretary for more details.

Non-Resident Golf

This class of Membership is the same as a Regular Golf Membership except it is non-voting.

Social

  • Provides full access to the club’s facilities and amenities including the tennis courts, croquet courts, fitness center and spa, dining, clubhouse and all social related events and activities. At this time Social Members have no golf privileges.
  • Privileges will be extended to the member, member’s spouse and dependent children as prescribed by the club.
  • Members must be owners of Residential Property in Linville Ridge.

Junior Social

  • Available to applicants under fifty (50) years of age who own residential property in Linville Ridge.
  • Membership privileges are the same as the Regular Social Membership.
  • Ten percent of the Membership fee is payable upon the effective date of the Membership and 90% shall be payable in equal annual installments from the date of the Membership until the Member attains age fifty (50).
  • Annual dues for Junior Social Members shall be the same as the Regular Social Memberships.

Legacy Social

  • Available to children or grandchildren of any active Member in good standing who own residential property in Linville Ridge.
  • Members shall be entitled to use all Club facilities other than golf facilities.
  • The annual dues for a Legacy Social Member are 50% of the Regular Social Membership.

Non-Resident Social

This class of Membership is the same as a Regular Social Membership except it is non-voting.

Please note:

  • Each type of membership has a one-time initiation fee and annual dues (subject to review and change annually).
  • Monthly memberships are available to non-property owners, who are renting property on “The Ridge.”
