Natalie began her professional life at Linville Ridge as a teenager in the mid 1990’s and has been with us ever since! She held several positions in other capacities around our mountain before finding her “home” in real estate.Natalie is dedicated to Linville Ridge and to her customers, and she will always go above and beyond to insure the best outcome for all. With a deep-seated desire to serve and make people happy, Natalie strives to do her best and live with integrity. She rests at the end of each day knowing that she gave it her all. Natalie will proudly tell you that her most important job is being a devoted wife to James, and a doting mother to four wonderful boys, Jackson, Noah, Toby, and Salem.

Premier Sotheby’s International Realty broker associate Joshua Aldridge has a long history with this majestic community located in the mountains of North Carolina. A Crossnore native, Joshua worked at Linville Ridge throughout college as a valet at the country club and restaurants, and as part of the outdoor staff at the award-winning golf course.After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in political science, Joshua worked as a supervisor for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Although he moved around a bit, his hometown was never far from his mind, and he eventually resettled in the area he knows and loves. For the past several years, Joshua has been working with the Linville Ridge real estate team, handling rentals and sales in the exclusive mountaintop community and dedicating himself to making life easier for his customers.Joshua is a member of the High Country Association of REALTORS®. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports.
