Branlaire
Located at the top of the mountain at an elevation of 4,900 square feet, and boasting long range views including Grandfather Mountain and the signature 7th hole of the golf course, Branlaire is comprised of a limited number of custom single family homes and an eight-unit condominium area. Floor plans range from two to four bedrooms, and yield an average square footage of 2,000. Bridgeway/Vista Way

Brookhill
