• A member should reserve courts in advance. Contact the Tennis Shop between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., during the regular season. 828.898.6465
• The regular season will run from May to October. At the discretion of the Director of Tennis, the season may be extended.
• During the season, the Tennis Pavilion will be open and manned by the tennis staff from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• All members and guests must register at the Tennis Pro Shop prior to entering the courts. The name of each person playing must be shown on the register.
• Scheduled Club events take preference over any other activities.
• All scheduled events and tournaments will be under the supervision of the Director of Tennis.
• Children under 12 years of age are permitted on the courts only when accompanied by an adult, at the discretion of the Director of Tennis, or during scheduled Junior or Tiny Tot Club events.
• Appropriate tennis attire must be worn. Players shall wear a collared or tennis appropriate shirt at all times and will not play in a bathing suit or swim trunks. Standard tennis shoes only are allowed.
