Natalie Earnhardt is Managing Real Estate Broker for Linville Ridge Mountain Properties. A North Carolinian with deep roots in the High Country, Natalie has been part of Linville Ridge since 1998 and brings a long history of community knowledge, homeowner relationships, and real estate experience to her role.
Since becoming active in real estate sales in 2019, Natalie has helped guide buyers and sellers through the Linville Ridge market with a clear understanding of the homes, neighborhoods, club lifestyle, and membership considerations that shape ownership on the Ridge.
Beyond her professional work, Natalie is a devoted wife to James and mother to four boys: Jackson, Noah, Toby, and Salem. Her personal connection to the community carries through in the way she serves buyers, sellers, members, and homeowners across Linville Ridge.

Josh Aldridge is Leasing Director and Broker Associate for Linville Ridge Mountain Properties. Born and raised in the High Country, Josh brings lifelong knowledge of the region and a strong understanding of the Linville Ridge community.
Josh first began working with Linville Ridge in 2005 while attending North Carolina State University, where he earned a degree in Political Science. Since 2016, he has been active in real estate, with experience across both rentals and sales. His background gives him a practical understanding of Linville Ridge properties, rental demand, ownership needs, and the way buyers and guests experience the community.
Josh is married to Kayla, and together they are parents to their daughter, Sloane. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, the High Country setting, and NC State football.
