LINVILLE RIDGE RENTALS

Rental opportunities at Linville Ridge are limited, as all homes are privately owned residences and availability changes by season. For guests considering time on the Ridge, a rental stay can offer a rare way to experience the community, the mountain setting, and the private club lifestyle before making a longer-term decision.

While renting at Linville Ridge, guests may enjoy golf, tennis, croquet, bocce, pickleball, fitness, salon and spa services, concierge support, and club dining by purchasing a temporary club membership for the length of their stay.

All Linville Ridge rental residences are subject to a 30-day minimum lease agreement.

Temporary rental memberships require a one-month minimum and are limited to a one-time purchase for one season, May through October.

We hate for the season to end, depression starts when we think about leaving. We came back during the winter last year for Christmas with an army of kids and grandkids and had a blast sledding, walking in the snow, and skiing at the local ski resorts, Sugar and Beech. We enjoy the winter season as well as the warmer spring, summer and fall months. Our entire family is extremely happy we decided to purchase a home here. – Carolyn Wax
